Every game has luck involved. Monopoly with the dice roll, Poker with the 52 cards, and Yahtzee with the hope to get the right dices.

It is that luck that makes you use more strategy. It makes you think more conservative and get better at the game.

Sean's right, all board games take luck. The one with the most skill would probably be chess but that still takes luck on what your opponent will do. Risk has tons involved also. Since I tend to be a less lucky person in some cases that's why I normally lose this game.

No luck matters on what kind of moood your in and how much you involve your self in the game you are playing and you are more likely to win a game if you believe in your self rather than to tatoly let it go to luck skill does help an almost all games

Creepy enough I am not sure if they had a study on this or not but if you believe hard enough on what you are going to get and think about it hard enough it actually does go to what you wanted it to.

If any of you realy think that believing in yourself is going to get you anywhere you need a reality check. If Sylas really believes in himself enough that he is going to beat me in Halo 2 it's not going to happen. Sorry Sylas this conversation ends here. I will never bring this up again unless Sylas brings it up first.

GJordan This is your first warning. that is the by far worst spam I have ever seen and Daniel Jackson your idea takes the entire luck factor out a game called Risk. That is why it wouldn't work.
