A Misfits Story (its a long story)

An Amazing and beautiful Castle stands in the Middle of this Kingdom, custody by hundred of Royal Soldiers.
A gorgeous garden, green and colorful, surrounds the building that is now home of The Hero of Time: Link
Here is where the Prince Link and princess Zelda live.

Spar walked into the castle, the call had pulled him from his comfort at Death Mountain and he had only one day left in his Goron form. He didn't know what they were looking for, but it sure wasn't him.

He set his pack down and leaned against the wall. The day was already half over from his travels and he knew the switch could come at any time now. The only problem was, it was coming now. He sat in a shadow, hoping not to be noticed as he shifted. His size shrank and his skin smoothed out until he became a Zora. His golden eyes remained.

Thranduil is not noticed by anyone except for perhaps Spar. He shifts around checking things out, but always staying in the proximity of Spar....Ever watching eyes look around and make sure everything is safe.

Spar's golden eyes drifted around. Nobody seemed to have noticed the change, but something caught Spar's eyes. Thranduil. It was him, Spar could recognize him anywhere. He was back, Spar remained in the shadow, hoping and yet afraid, he was rarely afraid.

Spar stood up and picked up his bag, noticing that he was currently the only Zora in the courtyard. He stepped out of the shadow and noticed Thranduil's eyes on him, he looked back at him, searching. "Thranduil," Spar called softly, and then waited.

Thranduil slowly advances, still unseen by all others...."Spar...is it really you?"

Spar smiled, one of his first real smiles in three years, it was Thranduil. "Yes, its me. I looked for you, I did, but time passed and you were gone. There's so much to talk about, these past three years have been hard, but life is hard."

"It is amusing to see all of the new warriors trying out for the honor and glory..."

"Yes, out to earn honor through war. I would not have answered the call but I have nowhere to go. I have wandered the world, seen more than I can describe, and yet my curse remains. I have remained an outcast."

"Perhaps...but not in my book *looking fondly over his shoulder at Spar*...Perhaps some of these young people can leatn from these adventures...if any return"

"Perhaps, I learned much from our adventures. Luck saved me when we parted, my curse became a blessing. However, there is much to discuss of the past but more important is the present. Disaster has spread across the land. I have seen it in my travels, and I feel that it may be the cause for this call."

"I too have felt and seen dark things coming closer. I have over heard men talking about what has happened...Princess Zelda had a vision."

"It must have been dark indeed to warrant a call for all able men. Still, the call was folly. Many will remain to protect their homes, the land is divided in these times."

"Aye. And what is more it is not just men but the women too that have been called...*sigh*...what has the Princess felt that they call on all who are able?"

"Who knows, we can only await her words. A new threat is upon this land, I can feel it. But how many will respond to face it? Will we?"

"My first intention was to leave it to it's own fate...but I will follow wherever you go. The choice is yours. Do we aid them in their time of need??"

"I would say yes. Being an outcast traveller has become boring. If they will take us, I say we go for another adventure. Who knows, maybe my the counter for my curse will be revealed through it."

"Lead on my young freind...I had a feeling it wouldn't turn out the way I would have planned it. Let's show them how the pros can do it."

Link entered the room, filled with all kind of people and creatures, No one could recognize Link without his green outfit, but it was certainly him.
He stood up in front of all the people

"Good morning everyone, May I have your attention"
"Please accept my apologies if this is causing you any problem, but this matter is not to be taken so easily...
Our Kingdom and the entire Land is been threatened by the arise of a new evil, unknow by me or anyone, only princess Zelda has seen him, and only in her horrid nightmares"

"You are the first groups that had come to the Castle, and from all of you, only a few will be chosen by the Princess, cause she had seen the 'ones' in her dreams"

Princess Zelda then stepped in the room and began walking among the people, feeling them, trying to recognize them, and then, she stopped in front of Spar and looked him in the eyes

"You"
Zelda pointed at him
"I saw in my dreams, you must help our Lands"
She then turned to Thranduil
"You too"
"Please, step forward, to the front of the room"

-Zelda continued walking among the men and women, and creatures, she pointed no one else-

Link:
"You two, the ones Zelda just pointed, please, come here"

Spar smiled slightly, maybe all of the rookies wouldn't be going. He glanced over at Thranduil, then walked towards Link. He was read for anything.

"Hello young brave Zora"
-Link greeted-
"What might your name be?"

I am Spar, Lord and Resident of nowhere. Why have you called?

"nice to meet you, Spar"
"We will tell you the reasons later, once we have gather a few more travellers, but so far I can tell you that you're going to be part of very important mission"

"Yes, I had gleaned that much. My companion is Thranduil, what do we do now?" Spar glanced back over his shoulder at the many who had come, all hopeful, all rookies. He looked back at Link, and waited.

Daos turned to thranduil
"Hello there, nice to meet you too"
"I really hope that you are brave and not afraid of fighting some monster"

"I can vouch for his bravery. We have fought side by side in many battles, and now await this quest."

Link turned to Spar
"Well, it's good you know each other"
"Do you have any special abitilities young spar?"

"Just one, but I cannot reveal it before all present. It will reveal itself in the natural course of time."

"In secrecy yes, but I will not reveal myself before all here."

"You don't have to show me your power, just describe for me would you"
-Link smiled at Spar trying to convince him to talk about his powers"

[Hakaisha]

"Very well, though I must admit it is no power. I am cursed that on the third day, at a random time, I change to a different race. This is at times beneficial, but it is a curse nonetheless. I never remain the same race longer than three days, yet I always retain my mind."

Thranduil still stands beside Spar...always watchful

Spar waited for Link's reaction. All this time he had hidden his curse, and only now did he realize that the opinions of the faceless, nameless mass behind him did not matter to him in the slightest.

prince Link stared at both of the for a few seconds and then asked to Spar
"and what might your original form be?"
"I mean, under which race were you born?"
You do remember it, don't you?"
-he peeks at Zelda, she was still walking among the people, trying to find another chosen one-

*aside to Spar*, " Do you think it was wise for you to tell him?"

"I do not know my original race." Spar replied. Quietly to Thranduil he replied, "Perhaps and perhaps not, but ther is little he can do to me about it."

Link was first concerned about Thranduil question
Why wouldn't it be wise to tell me that? he thought to himself
he looked at Spar and asked
"Where you born with this curse? or did someone cast it on you"?
he asked intrigued

(ok...the " *aside to Spar* " was basically saying that i said it to Spar...and link didn't hear it... )
"I'll be back" Thranduil said, and then he was gone. No one saw where he went though. Spar was to busy talking to Link, and he would be the only one could of had a chance. Spar turned around to late to see him...

*Ryu-Ran walks in and sees Spar and Link* Well hello everyone.

Link smiled at Ryu Ran and said hi
"Hello, stranger, were you chosen by princess Zelda too?"

at that moment princess Zelda got back to Link's side, and saw ryu ran
"You...." - She said
"You were in my dreams too, you're one of the adeventurers"

Link heared to what Zelda just said, and then stared at Ryu-ran and replied
"Are you willing to become one of Hyrule's heroes?"

Link stood there waiting for his answer

Of course. To serve under the prince of Hyrule would be a true honor *Bows*

Lantrad stands next to Link and Zelda, sword drawn, at the ready, but doesn't try to seem unwelcoming to the strangers. He doesn't like it when armed people come close to his masters.

I got past the guards...You need new ones", a voice said behind him.

(Lantrad) Instinctivly he whirled around, striking where he thought the voice came from.

The sound of steel upon steel quited everyone down, so they could here the voice distinctly.

"Tsk, tsk...That's not very nice is it?" Thranduil said as he gave a quick jab towards the right, disarming Lantrad, and having his sword fall right into his hand.
"You really need to get better guards"Thranduil stated simply, watching the bewildered looks on eveyones faces, "I just grabbed my stuff and came back."

"What the heck is he doing here WITH weapons?", Lantrad thought, "I am going to have a serious talk with those guards when i'm off duty", giving a dark look in the guard's general direction.

Slingit enters and is immiadiatly reconized as a hero by Zelda.
"If anymore come who I saw I shall send them to you", Zelda said, "And I shall send Lantrad with you."
"Bu-", Lantrad started to say.
"No buts about it", Zelda inteupted,"Just go."
Soon after theyy left they could feel something was wrong...
"Something evil draws near", Thranduil wispered to Spar, "I can feel it."

"We've barely left the castle," Spar said. "The land is smothered in evil, it lurks ahead, behind, and to either side. We must seek its source, but cannot fight it all at once. Now we may either seek out this evil to test this group or avoid it to begin our quest."

"Testing is good. Let's leave them to fight themselves, unless we are sorely needed." said Thranduil.


Luke came to the Castle he was told about by a man in the field. Luke had seen a poster about this place and thought as long as he is here he could make the best of it and help this land he, He know he would want help if he was home. It is much like at home. He sat down in the near by garden and pulled a roll from his bag and began to eat.

Luke Finished his roll and got up to look around it was a site he had never seen in Aquira. Luke's Castle that he lived in was way bigger but there was not as many flowers he though he would be happy to spend his life here but he also longed for home.

Luke grabbed his stuff off the ground and walked over to the large gate and said "Greetings I come for the gathering of Prince Link and Princess Zelda."

The gaurd at the gate said, "Sorry your a little late you missed it, but you could pay me to get in."

Luke replied "All I have is my 20 Viklones and I would think you would not take My world money"
The guard stood there and just looked at him as if he were crazy. Luke was thinking he would just have to find another way in.

Luke was still looking to help people and he walked back out of the guards sight and where he was hiden behind a small cliff that towered above him. He pulled out one of his few tri-knifes and taut a rope to around it. He pulled his arm back and throw the tri-knife up the cliff when it hit the top it pride it's self in to the ground. Luke climbed the rope and retreved his tri-knife and then sneaked in to the Castle like when he sneaked in to the Castle at Zellath, one of his enemy countrys. HE came to a large room and he looked aroound and sat down hoping he could find the Prince Link and Princess Zelda to help some how.
