Successfully complete the game in Rival Challenge mode to unlock a Tornado trucker in versus mode. Note: A new character is unlocked each time this is done, for a total of five hidden truckers.

Route 66 Disco option
Successfully complete Queen Of Route 66 mode to unlock the "Route 66 Disco" option at the "Corkboard" screen. Collect emblems during the game to unlock more disco options.
Queens in bikinis
Get a "Gold" rank in each of the eight mini-games to see the Queens of each states in bikinis during Route 66 Disco mode.
