The only suggestion I can think of that would increase forum activity would be to give this forum a more focused purpose. For instance, make some kind of guild or alliance within a game and have this be the headquarters, or make this a forum that gives advice on something. Just throwing out a suggestion. You may have already implemented it and I, like a fool, did not notice, but, hey, there it is.
