To recieve an invincible car you first need a garage. Then start the Guardian Angels mission. After killing the Haitian gang members, fail the mission (do this by killing Diaz or something). After the mission you should be able to get in the white car Diaz was driving in the cutscene. Just take it back to your garage and it's yours.
